The Technical Difficulties on the Health Insurance Website (Blog 7)

Even though everyone is required to have health insurance, it's harder for people to get into the online website so that they can get to have health insurance.  This so called "network failure" seems to be causing quite some damage to the people that need health incurance.

U.S. Health Insurance Website's Problems Continue Despite Improvements, which means that people that need to get health insurance, they can't get it until the website can be fully recovered.  This is a little bit of a setback for everyone that wants/needs to get health insurance, but it has to be done somehow so that they can get it.  Due to it being required to have health insurance, it's more critical to get it as soon as possible.

Not everyone is happy about having to have the health insurance but could help people in case of anything happening to them.  Now, what will happen if they can't get the website up and running again?  It's going to be more difficult to get heath insurance.  There are maybe some other ways to get health insurance, but everything nowadays is online or through technology somehow.

People that were trying to get on the website this past Monday (12/1/13), it would give them a message that said, "The system is down at the moment."  When this happens, they ty to get in touch directly with an insurer and try to tranfer from an insurer to the government website, but this way doesn't work.  Most end up "timing out" of the website and that can be quite frustrating.

Despite attempted improvements, the website still seems to be having technical difficulties.  There's people that need to still get health insurance but can't because of this problem.  How can we get health insurance if we can't do it online?  Are they going to improve more to make it easier to access the health insurance website?
